This is one of my signature dishes.Easy to make and for people eating it,it looks like you put in a lot of effort.
Enjoy this Dish with a soft Naan,hot Chapati or even Pita bread.
1 & 1/2 cup cubed paneer
100 ml oil
4 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp nigella seeds(onion seeds)
2 tsp cumin seeds
4 ground onions
8 chopped green chillies
2 tsp turmeric
3 tsp ginger paste
3/4 cup whipped yogurt
3 tsp dry mango powder
2 tsp kashmiri mirch or any red chilli powder
2 tsp sugar
1.Heat the oil and fry the fennel, fenugreek, nigella and cumin seeds.
2.After 15-20 seconds, add onions and green chillies.
3.Stir and fry until golden.to
4.Add turmeric powder, garlic and ginger pastes.5.Fry for a minute.
6.Pour in the yoghurt, dry mango powder, chilli powder, sugar and salt.7.Cook until oil separates.
8.Add paneer with about 150 ml water.9.Allow it to heat through.
10.Season and serve.'njoy!!
