PANEER ACHARI


This is one of my signature dishes.Easy to make and for people eating it,it looks like you put in a lot of effort.
Enjoy this Dish with a soft Naan,hot Chapati or even Pita bread.

INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/2 cup cubed paneer
100 ml oil
4 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp nigella seeds(onion seeds)
2 tsp cumin seeds
4 ground onions
8 chopped green chillies
2 tsp turmeric
3 tsp ginger paste
3/4 cup whipped yogurt
3 tsp dry mango powder
2 tsp kashmiri mirch or any red chilli powder
2 tsp sugar

METHOD:
1.Heat the oil and fry the fennel, fenugreek, nigella and cumin seeds.
2.After 15-20 seconds, add onions and green chillies.
3.Stir and fry until golden.to
4.Add turmeric powder, garlic and ginger pastes.
5.Fry for a minute.
6.Pour in the yoghurt, dry mango powder, chilli powder, sugar and salt.
7.Cook until oil separates.
8.Add paneer with about 150 ml water.
9.Allow it to heat through.
10.Season and serve.
