Ingredients
2 cups Basmati Rice
1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
2 silted green chillies
4 cups water
1 cup green peas
3 whole cardamom
10 whole peppercorns
Directions
1.Heat the Ghee.
2.Add the cumin seeds fry for 30 seconds.
3.Add green chillies,cardamom & bay leaves and fry lightly.
4.Add rice,green peas & whole black pepper & fry for about 2 minutes.
5.Add the water bring to a boil.
6.Stir a few times.
7.Remove from heat when rice is done.
8.Serve hot.
